Payment & Delivery
Molalle Consultancy treats a purchase as paid only after the applicable payment-verification process confirms the funds.
1. Choose
Review the item, price and currency, then add it to the cart or use Order / Buy for immediate checkout.
2. Order
Enter the customer details and choose a supported payment method. Keep the generated Order ID.
3. Pay
Use the payment instructions shown for that order. For USD payments, use the exact current quote shown at checkout while it is valid.
4. Verify
Automatic provider confirmation, manual reconciliation, or both may be used. A screenshot alone is not final confirmation if the receiving account has not confirmed the funds.
5. Deliver / Activate
After verification, eligible digital files are released securely and paid course access can be activated. Private files are never exposed directly in the public catalogue.
After you pay
Do not place a second order just because verification is still pending. Keep your Order ID and transaction reference, then use Check My Order. If the payment cannot be matched, use Payment / Order Support.
Mixed shopping carts
Your cart may contain different types of purchasable items. The current secure backend verifies each checkout item separately, so the cart guides you through one item at a time while preserving the remaining items until you continue.
Course purchases
Course access remains locked until the required payment and enrolment checks are complete. Once activated, programme assessment and certificate requirements still apply.
Security
Never send passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, or full card credentials through the support form, WhatsApp or email.
